There is Freedom in the air. The energies reinforce the freedom each has within to make choices and to alter directions.

Following the lunar eclipse, so many doorways are open to all of us. Go is the word of the moment, but "Think then Go" would be the responsible thing for me to say.

I had a dream the other night where I was in a house with about 300 doors that kept opening all around me. Some of the doors were showing me people I am helping move on to the other side, and some doors were showing me how others are changing. Sometimes I have dreams of you, my clients, and sometimes they are about your loved ones.

This is a time when not only opportunities may be presented to you, but you will also feel the courage to act upon those feelings within and set yourselves free. For many it will be emotional baggage that is let go; for others it will be seeking new, fresh, starts within their realities. The freedom has always been within us, but it takes courage to reach for it and then grasp it.

We always have the freedom to move in alternative directions, but often we are so caught up in the mundane realities and routines we have created, that we are stuck in those patterns. This is a week in which we are able to see the alternatives, and actually have the courage to draw upon them.

Many will choose to let go of emotional blocks that have been carried for decades; others will shift their focus and move into new areas of creative expression; and still others will walk in totally new directions, which will amaze their friends and coworkers.

This is the first week in a long time that will give you the energy to move forward, and feel really clear about doing so with no regrets. Lots of action among the planets will allow you to clean up your lives, which will free you from your old boundaries. There will also be many positive connections made.

The bell of freedom will toll and resonate this week. You may not actually hear it, but you will feel it as it vibrates the human spirit within.

THE WEEKEND OF AUG. 16-17:
Mixed signals, kisses and quacks.
Saturday’s Skywatch was exceptional. First, we had a Full Moon, exact at 4:16 PM, that was conjunct or next to Neptune, the planet that rules our spiritual, creative side, along with our escapist, boozy actions/feelings of irresponsibility.

A sweet note, a big kiss showed up at 7:16 PM as loving Venus trines lucky Jupiter, and you couldn’t ask for a better time to meet someone new and very interesting. The only problem was this person may have been armed and dangerous, as impatient Mars and powerful Pluto made an exact square at 1:12 AM early morning.

This was a time to grab hold of your teenagers and tell them to cool it. A Full Moon conjunct Neptune, the ruler of drugs, booze, poisons and problems around water, occurred at the same time Venus trined Jupiter, which usually means there was abundant supplies of the above. Some people badly abused their habits and were spaced out worldwide. All the while accident-prone Mars was tangled/squared with the ruler of mass calamities, Pluto. Saturday night was not the night to push your luck, or to be around people who were pushing theirs.

That big square may have generated misunderstandings and arguments in your home too. Breakdowns and minor accidents may have occurred. Mars squares are probably the hardest of all to deal with, especially for Aries and Scorpios who share Mars as a ruling planet.

Sunday’s astrological weather faired much better, as the main event was a big kiss: Mercury trined Jupiter exactly at 8:23 PM. This trine encouraged agreement and understanding, so Sunday was an excellent day to open the lines of communication (Mercury), and to reach out and ask for what you want (Jupiter).

PSYCHIC KIDS:
For all of you parents who have asked me how to teach your kids to use their psychic abilities, there is a TV show on A & E called: Psychic Kids: Children of the Paranormal. This show teaches them how to understand what it is to be psychic, how to own their own power, and not feel so alone. Make sure to watch this show with them, as they will need to talk to someone about their own experiences. You may also need to help your kids find a mentor who can teach them to deal with their own abilities in a healthy manner.

FULL AND NEW MOONS:
Many of you really need to remember that Full and New Moons are when your kids usually act up, and also when your alcoholic friends or partners, and people that you know with bipolar disease, get uneasy. Please print the Moon Calendar on my website, and pay attention to the dates. This will make your life much easier.
